As Founder & CEO of iTech Governance Consulting, I serve as a trusted, independent advisor to financial institutions and SMB leadership teams. My work focuses on IT governance, cybersecurity oversight, regulatory alignment, and executive decision-making. I do not sell tools or services. My role is to ensure technology decisions are aligned to business strategy, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives. I’m also the author of the forthcoming book Strategy Before Tools, which reflects my core belief that governance and strategy must come before structure, execution, or technology selection.
